Programs and Events Committee will play a critical role in the success of SCH’s information dissemination efforts and raising voices against the tsunami of divisive propaganda. The events this Committee will organise for debates, lectures, seminars in universities, group discussions at clubs, conclaves with political spokespersons, art exhibitions, focus group discussions, Workshops etc. will amplify or animate the SCH’s messages. Event volunteers will have to be engaged in maintaining relationships with the participants and other influencers and for mobilising participants and attendees. In addition, Events Committee could constitute teams of volunteers who will get an opportunity to express their artistic or organisational skills; for e.g. in organising street dramas, poetry recitations, padyatras and other innovative methods of reaching out to the youth. Events Committee will strategise and organise events enumerated above and also the SCH National and State level conclaves and meetings.
